My Top Gear Motorsports experience:
I own a 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS that needed some tender loving care. I've had a trying time finding a reputable shop with staff familiar with my car since I moved from Seattle. I was experiencing some transmission issues that was done from another shop locally along with other "bugs" that needed to be exterminated. Sean and his staff took my car in with open arms and did what I call a full body massage on my baby. I cannot say enough about TGM's customer service and communication. Sean took pictures of the damaged and worn parts from the transmission, e-mailed them to me and explained to me in full detail what they were, how they worked, what caused the damage/wear and suggested options of how to correct the issue. They also showed and explained to me that the Trans-Go shift kit along with the "built" transmission that I purchased from a local shop prior was not what I really purchased, but merely nuts and washers and stock OEM parts in the transmission. The communication along with questions asking me what my goals were with the car so they can properly build the transmission to comply with the power/torque was well thought out by TGMS. Not having to pay for something that's too much or too little and actually get what I paid for saved me time, money and grief.
Feeling confident with a business that you trust to do elaborate or minor preventive maintenance on your car whether it's a show car, race car or just plain old daily driver is golden. TGM has won my trust and will to continue to send my car(s) to them.
